30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at modenove.help@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at modenove.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized products
- Intimate apparel or hygiene-related items
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired one once the return is accepted. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt — no questions asked. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at modenove.help@gmail.com.
