At Modenove, we work hard to provide fast, reliable shipping and hassle-free returns. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

If your order is delayed due to high demand, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note: delivery delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches their destination. Modenove is not responsible for customs delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Modenove is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at modenove.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at modenove.help@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
